Ecco la redazione giovanile di Euroeconomie all'Europa Project Week 2026!

Youth on the front lines covering the economic panels at Fortezza da Basso, Oct 20-22! 🚀 Huge thanks to Europe Direct Florence!

Baccani Giovanni, Carotenuto Diego Andres, De Chiara Vincenzo, Locoratolo Lucrezia Andrea, Maggi Melissa, Marton Giulia, Marwa Tajy, Panichi Michelle, Tajani Alessandro, Tajani Francesco, Todini Angela, Trambaioli Asia

The selection process is officially closed, and we are ready to welcome our new participatory journalism crew! They will handle the media coverage for the Europa Project Week (www.eupw.eu), taking place at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence on October 20, 21, and 22, 2026. This incredible opportunity was made possible for the younger generation thanks to the support of Europe Direct Florence (www.europedirect.comune.fi.it), whom we warmly thank for strongly believing in this active citizenship project.

We received an amazing wave of applications—full of energy, great ideas, and a true drive to tell Europe's stories. They showed just how passionate young people are not only about EU institutional dynamics, but also about the big topics driving economic development, sustainability, and cohesion policies. Given the high volume and quality, the final choice was definitely not easy!

A huge welcome to the 12 brilliant young talents selected for this edition's under-30 editorial staff. Alongside the portal's senior staff, they will map out the course of the event across the Europolitiche and Euroeconomie channels:

Baccani Giovanni, Carotenuto Diego Andres, De Chiara Vincenzo, Locoratolo Lucrezia Andrea, Maggi Melissa, Marton Giulia, Marwa Tajy, Panichi Michelle, Tajani Alessandro, Tajani Francesco, Todini Angela, Trambaioli Asia.

Putting economic insight at the heart of the European narrative

For our Euroeconomie.it readers, having this young team on the ground brings a massive strategic edge. Our reporters won't just cover the Festival—they’ll be right on the front lines following and documenting the economic, financial, and EU-project panels. They'll dive deep into how EU policies tangibly impact socio-economic cohesion, workers, innovation, and local regions.

📩 Heads up, team! We’ve just sent out an email to all selected members with the operational details for the lead-up phases to the event—where you'll be the absolute stars of the show. Check your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).

Wednesday, October 7, 2026 – The European Union: The Unknown Giant! What kind of Europe and economy do we actually want to communicate?

Wednesday, October 14, 2026 – Communication toolkits & techniques: how to write an economic article, nail an interview, and rock social media.

The grand finale will take place live in Florence from October 20 to 22, 2026 (from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM). Our crew will work side-by-side with project mentors to produce fresh multimedia content straight from the exhibition halls of the Fortezza da Basso! 🎬✨
